We accept PayPal, Credit Card, mada (only available in the Saudi Arabia), knet (only available in the Kuwait), benefit1 (only available in the Bahrain). If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Prices on our website default to your country's currency. If it doesn't match, you can change the currency to your liking by changing the currency in the upper left corner. Cash on delivery can only be paid in the currency of your delivery location.

Returns and Exchanges

Online purchases (excluding giveaways) made through this site are subject to exchanges and returns within 7 days of receipt of all items. All returns/exchanges must be returned in perfect, undamaged, resaleable condition (i.e. the product is not creased or worn) and in its original packaging. Please click here for more information.

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. For credit card refunds, between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Currently, exchange orders in all countries are free of charge. Returns We only offer free returns for orders in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Once we confirm your return request, please contact us for a free shipping label. For other countries: We currently do not cover return shipping, you will need to pay for it yourself.
